"Leadership for students" is designed a training course for students to explore, learn and grow as leaders by taking initiative to create a positive impact in school by applying “Human Centric Design Thinking”. The training aims at providing students the:

• Awareness of leadership traits
• Self-awareness about their own strengths and areas of development
• Approach to problem-solving and solution design  leveraging Human Centric Design Thinking.
• Experience of applying Design Thinking while solving a real problem
• Opportunity to acquire and fine-tune the "4Cs" of 21st century skills: Communication, Collaboration, Creativity and Critical Thinking
• Process of self-reflection and continuous improvement
