Pavan is an engineer by education. He has around 20 years of combined experience in Software Development, Project Management and Education leadership. Over 17 years in the IT industry domain, he has managed several projects for diverse Fortune 100 companies and has led large size (100+) teams. Turned educator by passion for education, he co-founded “Future Dots” to enable and empower youth in the area of student leadership and career guidance. He is a "Certified Career Analyst" and is certified in "Human Centric Design Thinking" from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Sai Pramod pursued MS in Digital Radio from Telecom ParisTech, France and holds a Masters in Engineering from College of Engineering Guindy, Anna University. He is a recipient of an Orange scholarship offered by France Telecom and the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
He is a passionate educator and dreams of making quality education accessible to all children in India, particularly for students from the marginalized sections of the society. He is a Teach For India alumnus and has over 10 years of experience in the field of education and skill development.
He co-founded Alokit, a social impact organization that trains school principals across the country. He has trained more than 1000 school principals across India and helped them successfully transform their schools.
He is a certified Global Career Counselor from the University of California-Extension, Los Angeles and Univariety, Singapore. He has been very successful in providing career guidance to hundreds of students and working professionals. He supports students to develop a strong career profile and owing to his guidance students secured admissions to reputed colleges in India like Flame University, Azim Premji University, Ashoka University etc. Part of Global Network Connector initiative of Teach For All network, he plays an active role in spreading successful educational initiatives across the globe.
Vivek is passionate for grassroots innovation and transformative education. As the visionary leader and founder of Inqui-Lab Foundation, he has dedicated himself to transforming learning spaces and fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
With over six years of experience, Vivek has spearheaded the launch and successful implementation of the Telangana School Innovation Challenge, nurturing the next generation of problem solvers. He has closely worked with UNICEF India, UNDP and the UNICEF Global Office to design and deploy innovation programs across multiple Indian states, Bhutan, and the Maldives. Vivek's collaborations with grassroots organizations and government agencies have resulted in scalable and impactful solutions that nurture a culture of innovation in educational institutes. With a strong background in teaching and a commitment to making a difference, Vivek continues to inspire and shape a brighter future for communities by empowering young minds and driving systemic change.
As Director of Programs & Partnerships, he has a close interaction with all stakeholders including students, teachers, District education officers and Ed Department officials and brings in on-ground insights to make in-person and state-wide programs more impactful and scalable. Vivek started his journey in the development sector as a committed MAD Volunteer at the young age of 17.He is also a Teach for India Alumnus, and had taught 40 fourth graders in a govt aided low-income private school for a period of 2 years before founding and leading Inqui-Lab Foundation
